Do we know how our decisions are being made? Is it just coincidence that someone became our President, or was it planned by someone greater than what we could imagine? When we meet the ONE, was it by chance/coincidence or are we put together for a reason? Matt Damon does a great job showing that even when someone tries to take away your choices, never stop going after what you want and believe in. This is a great movie with love, witty banter, action, and a great appreciation for life. The movie also shows the Beauty of New York and what it has to offer. The scenery tells its own story. Don’t just take my word that The Adjustment Bureau is a great movie, watch it for yourself and form your own opinion!!! Let me know what you think:

A Must See Movie!!!

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Just recently saw Pirates of the Caribbean:  On Stranger Tides.  It was Hilarious as expected with a few interesting twists I did not anticipate.  It is a race to the end, but what one may find may not always be what one predicted.  It is great that Captain Jack Sparrow Finally met his Match in one Angelica Malon played by Penelope Curz!!!  Find out if Jack found his eternal youth that he has been searching for, for so long or if Angelica hindered his path.

Thor

This action filled movie is a must see. Not only does Chris Hemsworth make a good GOD, he is also a very sexy. So ladies if you have to go see this movie with your guys and don’t want to, there is an upside to this movie. Also Natalie Portman, who has been featured in many good movies of late, is Thor’s nerdy love interest. Watch as Thor finds himself again and his way back home, and for those of you that have not seen Thor yet make sure you stay all the way through all of the credits. Let me know what you thought of Thor or what they could have done differently, I always love to have a good dispute or hear feedback from movies.

Welcome Back

Hey everyone, sorry I haven’t been able to post in a while, but I would love to hear about any good movies anyone has seen lately. Shoot me some recommendations of must see movie that either recently come out or that are older movies. I am always interested in watching something amazing.

Government Censorship

The government has the right to censor what they want if they are the ones paying for it to get done. They have the right to protect kids from what they see or read on the web, at schools and at libraries. These are public places and if they don’t want you on websites, then they don’t have to let you. For most people and students it won’t faze them because they won’t go to websites or look up something they shouldn’t. If the government can prevent people from looking at stuff now, maybe it will prevent it in the future as well. This can be a good thing if parents are worried what their kids are looking up online, but for students doing papers it can really hinder what they are researching. It makes it harder to write papers when almost everything is blocked. Some places even block e-mail sites like G-mail because they can’t monitor what comes in and what goes out. This is not good for people who need e-mail and the only places they can access it is either at school or at the library. For the most part I believe what the government censors is a good thing. It lets kids and people know what the government is right and what is wrong. And this way it can only be done at home or somewhere private, so no one else has to know what they are doing.

Gladiator

Gladiator is a must see film, I give it a 10, and it is one of my top favorite movies of all time. The well-told story of a Roman General will have you weeping and praying for his safety. No matter how hard it might be or the danger you may come across always try to do the right and noble thing. Watch as Maximus (Russell Crowe) loses everything, and yet fights for the dying wish of the true emperor. He seeks his revenge on the wrongfully placed new emperor that killed his family, in the process becomes the most powerful and loved Gladiator. He will fight for the people and after the emperor’s wish is fulfilled he seeks out his family in the afterlife to be by their side where he belongs. This action packed film makes you feel like you are there in person watching the fights. I personally feel for the characters and wish I could turn back time for them. If you have not seen this film yet, I highly recommend you experience this movie.

Moulin Rouge!

Moulin Rouge was the most interesting, funny, sad, and weird movie I’ve seen yet. No I know there are a lot of other movies out there like this, but I don’t hear about them. If anyone knows of any other movies like Moulin Rouge, let me know, I’d like to check them out. As weird as I think this movie was at times, it sends a great message. Never trade your love for something material or to get ahead in the world. Will love prevail between the two main characters? Watch as the songs help tell the story of love. Moulin Rouge is perfect late night movie to watch with your friends.
